Ragin' Red to Spice Up Tailgating Cookoff

Ragin’ Red Cajun seasoning will be spicing up the Homecoming 2006 Tailgating Competition on Oct. 28.

This year’s format: you cook it and we will judge it. Participants are encouraged to cook their specialty tailgating dish using the unique Ragin’ Red spice.

Participants can stop by the Alumni Center on St. Mary Boulevard to pick up a can prior to the registration deadline of Oct. 26.

Winners will be asked to submit their recipe for possible inclusion in a Ragin’ Red cookbook.
