UL Lafayette’s B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration is included in the 2014 edition of the Princeton Review’s “Best 295 Business Schools.”
It’s cited specifically for its master’s of business administration program.
The announcement was made Tuesday by the book’s publisher, Random House/Princeton Review.
The popular college guide does not rank business schools on a single hierarchical list from 1 to 295, or name one business school best overall. Instead, it has 11 ranking lists of the top 10 business schools in various categories.
It features two-page profiles of the schools it considers to be among the best in the nation, relying, in part, on a review of institutional data it collects and on student surveys.
The University’s MBA program caters to students who work full-time jobs and attend classes at night, the new edition notes. “In addition to the traditional program, the school operates a respected MBA in health care administration, which combines six specialized courses in that field with five core courses from the general MBA core,” it reports.
According to the publication, return on investment is an attractive aspect of a University of Louisiana at Lafayette education. It quotes a student who said: “The tuition is very low considering the quality of education and the many great facilities.”
The B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration is one of only only 620 schools of business in the world that has earned accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
